Items Which Can Be Returned

Stock items which have not been added to and / or modified to the customers requirements. Items must be as new in the original packaging which the original tags still attached and have not been worn. Items with any sign of wear cannot be returned.

Upon receipt of your return providing the information required below has been included we will ship out a replacement within 5 working days, or provide a full refund.

Items Which Cannot Be Returned

Items which are  PRINTED and / or  EMBROIDERED specifically for you are NON-RETURNABLE for any reason other than printer error or defect. They are not stock items that can be put back on the shelf and resold.

Please be sure your order details are accurate!

If WE have made an error or your item is defective:

Please reference your Order # in the email, and return the defective item(s) to the address below along with the information detailed below. Items returned without the information below may not be processed.

Upon receipt of your return and verification the item was printed or embroidered incorrectly or is defective, we will ship out a replacement within 5 working days.

 If you would prefer a refund please clearly specify this when returning the item.


 It is recommended that all returned items and sent to us using a trackable service such as recorded delivery. We do not accept liability for returns which go missing and / or are damaged during transit. All shipping charges for returns must be paid by the returnee.

Item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of the date on which the item was delivered.
